CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY

Chinese calligraphy is an essential part of Chinese culture. Calligraphy offer to be patient and concentrate while also improving hand-eye coordination and cultivating a sense of beauty.

5 major script types are used in China: seal script, clerical script, cursive script, running script, and standard script. During the course, students will practice the most popular and appropriate scripts, the clerical script and the standard script.

This course will teach beginners how to use a brush and create artwork in either clerical or standard script.

All materials are supplied. All you need to bring is your curiosity and desire to learn Chinese calligraphy. When you sign up for the class.
